What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with payments, billing, policy changes, and new applications.
- Deliver consultative, solution-focused conversations that connect customers with the right life insurance and financial products.
- Stay sharp by maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Grow your expertise by obtaining and maintaining multi-state insurance licenses (with our support).
What You Bring:
- Life and Health Insurance license in your resident state (required at the time of hire).
- 1–2 years of call center customer service experience, with proven success in sales or consultative service.
- Strong communication skills — you know how to connect, listen, and influence.
- The ability to multitask and stay focused in a high-energy environment.
