Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in production activities: Support Project Managers, Production Manager, and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Manage production schedules: Coordinate material, installation delivery/install schedules and resources with Production Team to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate Final Project Adjustments: Provide support and assistance to resolve any issues that arise during the Production process of construction.
- Facilitate final walkthrough: Inspect construction install and document via photos and input notes in CRM. Photos include: roof walk photos, all elevations of exterior property, photos for each scope of work on property etc.
- Maintain organized production spaces: Ensure that production warehouse and your production vehicle are clean, organized, and safe.
- Handle administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties related to production in CRM, such as scheduling, communication, return receipts, fuel receipts, material return slips, homeowner communication documentation, crew communication documentation, etc.
- Follow safety protocols: Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- These responsibilities may vary depending on the specific production environment and the company's needs.
- It is essential for the Production Assistant to be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with the production team.
This position is our go-to person for various roofing problems and gutter problems at client sites. You will meet with customers and assist them in solving various construction punch lists, active install questions, crew questions and material pickups. If you’re someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys working independently or in small teams, and takes pride in solving customer problems, this role could be a perfect fit for you. You will be the first point of contact with our customers so you must have good face-to- face and phone etiquette customer service and communications skills with a positive attitude to get the job done. Qualifications:
- Residential & Commercial Re-Roof (Preferred, General Construction Experience Acceptable)
- Repair Roofing, Experience (Preferred)

Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime- may vary based on project volume and workload
