We are seeking an experienced face-frame cabinet assembler with a pay rate commensurate with that experience. Only those with direct experience in custom residential millwork manufacturing will be considered.
We are seeking honesty, reliability and a strong work ethic along with direct experience in Face frame construction, Microvellum experience or custom door profile experience strongly preferred.
Duties
-Assemble face frames, cabinet boxes, custom doors, in-house drawers and components according to drawings and work instructions. Reading and interpreting drawings and written instructions of specialty projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
Experience
- Direct millwork experience required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Work Hours: Production Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime possible
Physical Activities and Safety: 75% standing, 15% walking - Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must strictly adhere to company safety policy, including: wearing safety glasses and air filtration masks and suits where required.
