What You’ll Do
- Process semi-monthly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Review and audit timecards; partner with managers to resolve issues
- Manage sick and vacation balances
- Process new hire and final paychecks in compliance with California wage laws
- Maintain and update payroll records (benefits, status changes, deductions)
- Process direct deposits, paper checks, and wage garnishments
- Reconcile payroll reports
- Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure pay compliance with California state employment laws
- Communicate with ADP as needed
- Other duties as required/requested
What You Bring
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Strong Excel skills
- California wage & hour expertise, including final pay knowledge
- Alternative work schedule experience
- Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Hourly rate: $26-$30/Hour
