About the role
We are looking for a motivated AI student (or recent grad) to join our office part-time and help us put AI to work across the company. This is a hands-on, learn-as-you-build role: you will help us find, test, and set up AI tools that make our day-to-day faster and smarter. If you love experimenting with AI and want real-world experience beyond the classroom, this is for you. The schedule is flexible and built around your studies, roughly 20 hours a week, on-site at our Doral-area office (easy to reach from Miami-Dade College, FIU, and nearby campuses).
What you will do
- Research and test AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) and recommend what is worth adopting
- Help automate everyday office tasks: documents, emails, data entry, and reporting
- Support marketing with AI-assisted content: social posts, images, and simple video
- Help organize company information, proposals, and client data
- Document simple how-to guides so the rest of the team can use the tools you set up
Priorities will be shaped together over time. This role touches a bit of everything, so curiosity and initiative matter more than knowing it all on day one.
What we are looking for
- Currently studying (or recently studied) artificial intelligence, computer science, data, or a related field
- Comfortable and genuinely curious about AI tools and how to apply them
- Fluent English required
- Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus
- Lives or studies near our Miami/Doral office (this is an in-person role)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make) or basic scripting
- Any prior internship, project, or portfolio showing AI work
