We are looking to fill a Sushi Chef position here at Mr. Ans.
Some of the qualifications are:
- Knowing the preparation of different cuts of fish.
- How to properly cut different cuts of fish ( Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail etc.)
-Minimum of 2 Yrs experience
- Having your own knives is a plus.
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques( Nigiri, Sashimi, etc.) Attention to detail is a big part of the position as well.
-Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
Other responsibilities include:
-Preparing sushi, Managing food stock, training staff, and ensuring food quality and safety
