Job Description
We are looking for a local, in-person Brand Operations Assistant to help support daily operations across multiple fashion brands.
This role is best for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and good at follow-through. The right person must be able to notice small details, keep tasks organized, communicate clearly, and help make sure things do not fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Help organize daily business tasks and follow-ups
- Support operations across multiple brands
- Assist with scheduling, reminders, and appointments
- Organize paperwork, notes, receipts, and task lists
- Communicate with staff, vendors, and service providers
- Update simple spreadsheets, checklists, and trackers
- Help with local errands, pickups, returns, and business tasks
- Assist with hiring support, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up
- Help keep the owner organized and on track
Requirements
- Must be local and able to work in person
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Very organized and able to follow through
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable using email, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
- Able to handle confidential information
- Admin, retail, office, or operations experience preferred

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
