Marzano is seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands elevated full-service dining, genuinely enjoys taking care of guests, and has strong knowledge of Italian wine, spirits, and food service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant required
- Strong knowledge of Italian wines, including major regions, varietals, and food-and-wine pairings
- Solid knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and responsible alcohol service
- Comfortable describing menu items and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive and accurate service
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings
- Availability for holidays and peak restaurant periods is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming table service
- Explain menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
- Recommend Italian wines, cocktails, spirits, and food pairings
- Accurately enter and manage guest orders
- Follow proper steps of service and timing
- Maintain table appearance and cleanliness throughout service
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and kitchen staff
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol-service standards
Experience: Full-service restaurant serving: 3 years minimum (Required)
Italian wine knowledge: Required
Spirits knowledge: Required
Weekend availability: Required
