Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of estheticians, cosmetologists, nurses, and other beauty professionals to deliver top-tier aesthetic treatments and services
- Manage scheduling, client bookings, and daily operations using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee the execution of a wide range of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and more
- Ensure strict sanitation and safety protocols are followed in compliance with health regulations and industry standards
- Conduct client consultations to recommend personalized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and tattooing
- Promote retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Coordinate social media management efforts to showcase services, client transformations, and special promotions to attract new clients
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered, client preferences, and inventory levels using salon management systems
Experience
- Proven management experience within the beauty or med spa industry with strong leadership skills
- Hands-on experience performing aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation techniques
- Familiarity with salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
- Background in nursing or cosmetology with certifications in esthetic laser treatment, botulinum toxin administration, dermal fillers, or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions
- Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment
- Experience working in a hospitality-focused setting that emphasizes guest services and client satisfaction
