Overview
Crown Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Director to lead a dealership's Finance & Insurance (F&I) department. The ideal candidate has a proven background in dealership finance, F&I leadership, lender relationships, compliance, and team development. This position plays a critical role in maximizing dealership profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all dealership Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations.
- Recruit, coach, and develop Finance Managers to achieve performance goals.
- Structure automotive finance deals, secure lender approvals, and maximize finance and aftermarket product sales.
- Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and manufacturer regulations.
- Monitor finance performance, product penetration, profitability, funding, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with dealership leadership to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive finance or dealership F&I experience.
- Previous experience as a Finance Director, F&I Director, or Senior Finance Manager preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed finance performance objectives.
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, dealership compliance, menu selling, and F&I products.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or RouteOne is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
