American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care position at a critical access hospital, requiring PointClickCare and Cerner charting experience along with scheduling flexibility for both day and night shifts.

unit within a 25-bed critical access hospital in a very rural setting

Rotating 12-hour day (6:30a-6:30p) or night (6:30p-6:30a) shifts on a Saturday-through-Friday work week

Requires flexibility to work either day or night shifts as scheduled

Weekend shifts required

Mandatory floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital in accordance with client policies and Joint Commission standards, including floating to closed departments

Uses PointClickCare and Cerner charting systems

Active NM or compact RN license required in hand

BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

PointClickCare charting experience required

Cerner charting experience required

Two professional references required for consideration

Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Provide long term/intermediate care nursing services in a rural critical access hospital setting

Permanent staff seeking to transition to travel assignments require facility approval

RTO requests must be submitted with the initial application and kept to a minimum, with no requests for a full calendar week off during the assignment
