Cornerstone Home Health Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors, veterans, and individuals throughout the Oklahoma City metro area and surrounding communities.

Available Shifts
- Two-hour, three-hour, and four-hour shifts available
- Part-Time positions
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Opportunities to work 10–40 hours per week
Caregivers seeking full-time hours should be willing to travel between multiple client homes throughout the day. Our experienced staffing team works hard to build schedules that maximize efficiency while respecting your preferred travel distance and availability.

Cornerstone Home Health Services is fully licensed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality care.
What You'll Do
Each client receives a customized care plan designed to meet their individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with light Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Light housekeeping, including laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and bed making
- Meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Removing expired food and maintaining a safe home environment
- Transportation and accompaniment to medical appointments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following individualized care plans and documenting services as required
Qualifications
