Spokane Management Group is expanding in Spokane and looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to support our growing AT&T Quantum Fiber campaign.
This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position where you'll meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned territories in the Spokane area. As a Sales Team Member, you'll introduce AT&T Quantum Fiber internet services, explain available plans and promotions, answer questions, and assist customers who choose to enroll in the new service. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or another people-focused background, this role provides hands-on training and opportunities for career growth.
What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Team Member
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned territories in the Spokane area.
- Present AT&T Quantum Fiber internet services, available plans, pricing, and current promotions.
- Help customers compare internet solutions based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs.
- Explain service features, installation details, account options, and available offers.
- Assist customers with new service enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates.
- Answer customer questions and provide professional support throughout the customer experience.
- Build positive customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up.
