Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable Commercial Drain Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing multi-family and commercial properties by diagnosing and resolving sewer and drain issues using camera inspections, rodding, and hydro jetting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in commercial or multi-unit environments and is comfortable identifying problems and helping recommend the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning services including rodding and hydro jetting in commercial and multi-family properties
- Conduct sewer camera inspections to diagnose blockages, damage, and system issues
- Identify problems such as root intrusion, grease buildup, pipe damage, or misalignments
- Clearly communicate findings to internal teams and customers
- Recommend appropriate next steps such as cleaning, repairs, or lining
- Maintain and operate drain and inspection equipment safely
- Follow all company safety procedures and job protocols
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in commercial or multi-family sewer and drain work- Experience with sewer camera inspections, rodding, and hydro jetting
- Basic understanding of commercial plumbing and drain systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in tight or confined spaces
