We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior GM to lead and inspire multiple IHOP locations within our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all units. As a senior leader, you will develop and implement strategic plans, foster a high-performance culture, and optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Duties
- Provide visionary leadership to multiple locations, setting clear goals and expectations for operational excellence and team performance
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase sales, and improve overall profitability across all units
- Oversee management teams at each location, ensuring effective supervision, coaching, and development of staff
- Monitor financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and elevate customer experience
- Manage projects related to operational upgrades, facility improvements, or new initiatives to support organizational goals
