Responsibilities
- Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online booking systems with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Confirm bookings, process modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately using POS systems and reservation software
- Provide detailed information about immersive experiences, safety protocols, and venue amenities to prospective guests
- Coordinate with event management teams to ensure smooth scheduling and capacity planning for upcoming shows or activities
- Handle guest concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service roles with a focus on guest interactions
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest services; confident in providing information clearly and engagingly
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and capacity calculations; experience with lifeguard or theater roles is advantageous
- Commitment to safety protocol adherence and hospitality standards; previous resort or outdoor work experience preferred
