Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is committed to providing exceptional service to residents while helping maintain an efficient and well-managed property.
Duties
- Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of the community.
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
- Collect rent payments and assist with delinquency follow-up.
- Coordinate resident communications and address concerns promptly.
- Schedule and communicate maintenance requests with the maintenance team.
- Conduct property inspections and assist with ensuring curb appeal and community standards.
- Maintain accurate resident files and property records.
- Support leasing efforts, including property tours and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with preparing reports and completing administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
