The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has an innate desire to support others and a strong ability to delegate responsibilities. The Assistant Manager is relied on to foster a high energy work environment and to expertly collaborate with a very diverse cadre of team members. Ultimately, they'll be driven by a desire to lead the store to maximum efficiency while also prioritizing the cultivation of a welcoming environment for both team members and customers alike.
Responsibilities
- Provide in store oversight using a “lead by example” approach
- Be present in the store for 32-40 hours per week during Mondays- Saturdays.
- Motivate, train and coach shift leads, and staff to be forward thinking and to lead in their own roles. Be able assess crew members performances and provide helpful feed back to the General Manager
- Assist General Manager with creating and maintaining store schedules. Striving to determine required shift size based upon anticipated customer flow while keeping labor low.
- Maintain excellent communication about shift schedule and expectations with the team.
- Oversees inventory and order provisions weekly
- Oversees game plannnig for daily task
- Keep store compliant with both Crumbl Corporate, County, and Federal requirements related to health, safety and so forth.
- Maintain a clean tidy business and ensures signage and displays are attractive
- Oversees catering orders and communicate with shift leads/crew to ensure orders are confirmed and filled.
- Assist General Manager to review and improve organizational effectiveness by identifying deficiencies and developing improved procedures.
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas/and address poor performance.
- Assist General Manager on internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved, when possible.
- Able to be an acting role of manager when General Manager is not present.
- Exemplifies proper leadership withour any ego culture. Help provide and maintain a positive workplace!
- Listed pay is base pay and tips of $3-7/hr are expected on top.

- Performance evaluation experience
- Proven experience in assistant managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve business financial goals
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable in a compassionate manner.
- Experience as a successful customer service representative
- Food service experience
