Overview
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations for the affiliated companies of 360 including its agriculture, manufacturing, and electric/hvac holdings by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reporting, and administrative accounting functions. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and review financial data related to invoices, projects, and account statements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure financial information and accounting records are accurate, complete, and current.
- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and project reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on outstanding customer statements.
- Process incoming mail, including electronic communications related to accounting functions.
- Maintain financial and administrative digital record storage systems in accordance with company policies.
- Develop proficiency in accounting and financial software systems.
- Work collaboratively with departments across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.
- Provide financial and administrative support to internal teams as needed.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic clerical and office administration knowledge.
- Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
