This position will be posted until filled. Applications will be reviewed regularly. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
In this role, you’ll be part of the team that keeps Wausau’s transit system running smoothly by maintaining buses, facilities, and public spaces. Your work directly impacts riders’ daily experience.

Clean and detail transit buses (inside and out)

Maintain transit buildings, bus stops, and passenger shelters

Perform groundskeeping (mowing, snow removal, general upkeep)

Fuel and move transit vehicles safely

Record vehicle information and daily logs

Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.
