Firstar Precision is looking for a dependable, organized Shipping & Receiving team member to help keep materials, finished parts, and customer orders moving through our facility.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and package finished parts for shipment to customers
- Receive incoming materials, supplies, and outside-processed parts
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Create packing slips, shipping labels, and other shipping documentation
- Coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Organize incoming materials and finished goods
- Assist with inventory counts and material movement
- Light assembly of small mechanical components
- Communicate with production and office personnel regarding shipment priorities
- Help maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
- Assist with other shop or operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- UPS Worldship experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and materials
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
