Job Overview
Seeking RN/LPN with pediatric experience for home care services for 2 year with g-tube, seizure disorder and cerebral palsy. Recent hip surgery and needs help with transferring & positioning.
Position is PRN and pays between $40-$50 per hour.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse
- BLS Certified
- Georgia RN License
- Clean criminal background check
- Negative TB test
- Experience working with medically fragile children is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the service plan for clients receiving nursing services
- Regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services
- Medication Administration Teaching
- Monitoring medication
- Caregiver teaching plan
- Investigate incidents/grievances
- Complete Service Plans
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
