PNW Rejuvenation is a medical aesthetics and wellness spa offering hormone replacement therapy, injectables, laser, skin treatments, weight management, and wellness services. We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely cares about our patients and each other — and we're looking for someone who brings warmth, organization, and reliability to our front desk.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear on the phone. You'll help keep our day running smoothly by managing scheduling, greeting patients, and supporting our clinical team so they can focus on patient care.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule using our booking platform (Podium)
- Handle patient intake paperwork and update records accurately
- Process payments and assist with basic billing questions
- Support marketing and follow-up communication with patients as needed
- Help keep the front office and patient areas organized and welcoming
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Prior experience in a medical office, spa, or customer service role preferred (not required)
- Comfortable learning new software/booking systems
