Join our vibrant team as a Pickleball Club Supervisor, where you will lead the day-to-day operations of our dynamic pickleball facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily club operations, including court scheduling, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure optimal playing conditions.
- Manage shift schedules for staff, including front desk personnel and event coordinators, to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Oversee guest services by assisting members and visitors with inquiries, bookings, and memberships to promote high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate and oversee pickleball events, tournaments, and special activities to boost engagement and community participation.
- Lead staff by providing training on customer service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a professional team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising or managing in a hospitality or recreational setting such as a nightclub, resort, or sports facility.
- Proven Food & Beverage experience is required - minimum 1+ years in a bar, restaurant, lounge, or similar service environment, including hands-on service, ordering, and floor management.
- TABC certification and Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Comfort with POS, booking, and scheduling systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience managing events or tournaments is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle shift management duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.
