Pool Service Helper (Chalfont)
compensation: $25 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
Job title: Experienced Swimming Pool Service Technician – Vacuuming & Chemical Balancing
Job Candidates should be:
Experienced in balancing water chemistry and vacuuming pools.
Hard working, honest, organized, punctual and dependable
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Manage time efficiently
Professional with Clients/Excellent Customer Service
Must have a valid PA driver’s license with no restrictions and be willing to meet each morning in the Chalfont, PA Area
Be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures, without access to bathrooms.
Capable of taking direction as well as self-starting
Qualifications:
1) Must have experience in balancing pool water chemistry and vacuuming pools
Minimum- conversational English skills
2) Reliable transportation- to and from work.
3) Consistently on time to work
4) Can read and understand power tool operator manuals.
5) Basic mechanical aptitude, including:
a. Able to identify and safely use common had tools and power tools
b. Able to accurately read tape measure and record measurements
c. Can operate and safely add fluids to [Pool Care] gas-powered equipment.
6) Able to perform physical demands of Pool Service work as described below:
a. Frequent bending, stooping, stretching; carrying tools or materials.
b. Safely lift and move 50 pounds regularly and as much as 95 pounds occasionally.
c. Work outdoors in all [safe] weather conditions.
7) Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and “Clean” DMV record. Can safely operate a company service vehicle.
8) Able to efficiently locate job sites.
9) Available to work 10+ hours per day during peak season (April10-July 10)
10) Available Holiday work (between March 15 and October 15)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment and systems.
- Ensure pools are clean and safe for use by conducting regular inspections.
- Drive to various locations to service pools, adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment used.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
