Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:-
Guide buyers and sellers through the home-buying and selling process

Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication

Conduct property showings, consultations, and listing appointments

Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing

Build relationships within the local community and client database

Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every transaction
Qualifications:-
An active Texas Real Estate License is required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable learning and following proven systems
