Our growing insurance agency is looking for a motivated and dependable CSR to join our team. Our agency is committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage changes, claims support, and general account service while delivering excellent customer care. Our ideal candidate enjoys helping people and can work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, scanning and customer inquiries
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims support
- Process payments and maintain customer records
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates
- Support insurance agents with tasks and daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable transportation required
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Spanish Speaking
