We're growing throughout the Bay Area and hiring a Entry Level Representative to join our telecommunications team. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll work directly with customers, introduce wireless and fiber internet services, answer questions, and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs.
No previous industry experience is required—we provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers throughout assigned areas
- Introduce wireless services, fiber internet, devices, and current promotions
- Explain plans, pricing, and account options
- Assist with enrollments, account setup, activations, and upgrades
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Build strong customer relationships through communication and follow-up
- Keep customer information organized and up to date
- Work with your team to achieve daily sales goals

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
