HOME ORGANIZER (Contract / Part-Time)
JOB SUMMARY
I am a Colorado resident seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy Home Organizer for a contract or part-time engagement. The focus of this project is my garage, basement, pantry, and home office — all 4 spaces need thoughtful, lasting organization systems that minimize clutter and make everyday use easy and intuitive. The ideal candidate brings a calm, methodical approach and genuinely enjoys creating order out of chaos. This is a paid, flexible-schedule position with the potential for ongoing work.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Assess existing storage, layout, and clutter in the aforementioned spaces
- Develop and implement a customized organization plan for each space
- Create practical, sustainable storage solutions that maximize space and accessibility
- Label, sort, categorize, and arrange items according to my preferences
- Provide light tidying and surface cleaning as part of the organization process
- Communicate clearly throughout the project, checking in on decisions and keeping me informed of progress
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Highly detail-oriented with strong spatial awareness and a natural eye for organization
- Reliable, honest, and comfortable working independently in a home
- Patient and communicative — able to ask good questions and respect the homeowner's preferences
- Experience in professional home organizing, personal assistance, or similar roles preferred
- Familiarity with storage products and organizational systems (bins, shelving, labeling, etc.) is a plus
- Positive, calm demeanor and a genuine passion for creating order and for DOGS!
POSITION DETAILS
- Type: Contract or Part-Time (not a full-time or permanent role)
- Schedule: Flexible; to be arranged with the homeowner
- Location: Conifer, Colorado — in-person work at a private residence
- Compensation: $22–$25/hour, commensurate with experience
