Overview
Seek Labs seeks a strategic, high-performing Communications Manager to help shape how the company communicates its vision, technology, and momentum at the intersection of AI, TechBio, and global health.
This is a high-impact role for an exceptional communicator who can translate complex science into clear, compelling stories for audiences including investors, partners, policymakers, media, and employees.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Policy Officer, this person will serve as a trusted communications partner across executive messaging, corporate communications, scientific storytelling, investor materials, and digital content. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth-stage environment, brings an ownership mindset, and is energized by working across functions to help build and scale a next-generation life sciences company.
Why Seek Labs
Working at Seek means becoming part of a vision-driven team building at the leading edge of science and technology. The environment values purpose, drive, curiosity, and high standards, and it rewards people who are eager to learn, move quickly, and contribute meaningfully as priorities evolve.
Seek is committed to building a high-performing organization and hiring exceptional talent for every role. The company is equally committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and recognizes the unique skills and experiences each person brings to the team.

- Support executive communications for board meetings, fundraising activities, partner discussions, media opportunities, and industry events.
- Help shape and maintain a clear, consistent brand narrative across external and internal communications.
- Collaborate closely with scientists, business development, operations, and leadership to identify the most important stories and bring them to life with clarity and precision.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with excellent planning, strong follow-through, and close attention to detail in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Contribute to digital and content strategy across platforms, using sound judgment and editorial instincts to keep messaging current, relevant, and aligned with company priorities.

- The judgment, flexibility, and resilience to succeed in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where priorities can shift and collaboration is essential.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and developing communications for high-stakes, high-visibility moments.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and build trust with stakeholders from different backgrounds and disciplines.
Preferred
- Experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, therapeutics, life sciences, AI, or another technically complex industry.
Opportunity
This is not a conventional communications role. It is an opportunity to help define how a cutting-edge life sciences company tells its story during a pivotal stage of growth, and to do so in close partnership with leaders across science, strategy, and business.
The strongest candidates will be energized by complexity, motivated by high expectations, and excited to build in an environment that values curiosity, learning, accountability, and excellence.
