Position Overview – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY)
Location: CHI St. Alexius Health – Dickinson, North Dakota
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week), flexible work environment
Setting: Hospital-based Inpatient/Outpatient with upcoming swing bed services
Pay: $40–$46/hour, depending on experience
Bonus: $8,000 sign-on bonus
- Housing allowance of $1000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead or participate in program development and team in-services
- Contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the rehab department
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Graduate of a certified therapy program
- Eligible for North Dakota state licensure
- Experience preferred – but we welcome Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new grads
