Hero Collectibles LLC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
Hero Collectibles creates officially licensed sports collectibles, including custom-designed mini hockey sticks and other unique products for fans, teams, retailers, and youth hockey organizations. As we continue to expand our product line and retail presence, we are looking for a designer who can help bring new concepts to life and maintain a high standard across everything we produce.
Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will work closely with our team to develop artwork, product designs, marketing materials, packaging, and digital content. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys sports, branding, merchandise, and turning ideas into finished products.
Responsibilities
- Create original graphics and artwork for collectible products and merchandise
- Design layouts and graphics for mini hockey sticks and other products
- Prepare production-ready artwork and print files
- Work with team logos, player-related artwork, brand guidelines, and licensed assets
- Create product mockups and concepts for new designs
- Develop graphics for social media, digital marketing, presentations, and promotional materials
- Assist with packaging, signage, catalogs, sales materials, and retail displays
- Make revisions quickly based on feedback from management, customers, teams, and partners
- Maintain consistent branding across Hero Collectibles products and marketing
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, logos, and other creative assets
- Work with production staff to ensure designs translate properly from digital concepts to finished products
- Help develop creative ideas for new product releases and collections
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative field
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience creating vector artwork and print-ready files
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding
- Ability to accurately follow brand standards and design guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team
Preferred Experience
- Sports, apparel, collectibles, merchandise, or consumer product design
- Designing for print or product manufacturing
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Product mockups and packaging design
- Working with licensed brands or professional sports organizations
- Social media and digital marketing graphics
- Interest in hockey and professional sports is a plus
Pay: $26.15 - $31.49 per hour
