About the Role:
As our Salon Concierge, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) that welcomes pets and their people with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. You’ll help guide our clients through their visit, ensure smooth scheduling, and support our groomers so they can focus on delivering the best grooming experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and retail sales
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and retail space
- Support team with light administrative tasks and daily operations
- Provide product recommendations based on client and pet needs
