We are an internet marketing and service company that helps auto dealerships advertise their vehicles online. We're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our field team as Customer Service Representatives / Vehicle Photographers — serving dealerships in your local territory.

We are currently hiring a part-time customer service rep to take pictures of cars in the greater Youngstown, Ohio and Hermitage Pennsylvania area.
As a Field Technician, you'll visit auto dealerships on a regular schedule to photograph their vehicle inventory and collect inventory data. Your work is what gets dealer vehicles in front of online car shoppers — you play a direct role in helping dealers sell more cars.
- Photograph vehicles at dealership lots using company-provided equipment
- Collect and enter vehicle data (year, make, model, options, mileage) accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership staff and management
- Manage your own schedule across an established route of dealer accounts
- Transfer completed photos and data using provided software tools
- Represent AutoLotManager professionally at every dealership visit

Our company provides reimbursement for gas expenses.
The starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour during the initial training period. After the training period, compensation is based on commission or a minimum of $15.00 to $17.50 per hour. Our representatives typically earn an average of $20.00 per hour.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record— you'll be driving between dealerships daily
- Reliable personal vehicle— with gas fully reimbursed by your employer
- Basic computer skills— Windows, internet browsing, and file transfers
- Home internet access and a home computer
- Great attitude and strong work ethic— this role is self-directed
- Self-starter mentality— you manage your own route and schedule
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is preferred but not required
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not necessary— we'll train you
This role is an ideal fit if you enjoy working outdoors, love cars, have an interest in photography, or are comfortable with basic technology. You don't need to be an expert in any of these areas — just bring the attitude and we'll handle the rest.
No sales required. This is a service role — you're managing and growing established dealer accounts, not cold-selling. Your job is to show up, do great work, and build relationships.
