Mambos Cuban Kitchen has proudly served Jacksonville for nearly 19 years, and we're excited to enter a new chapter with the opening of our full-service bar!
We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Bartender who enjoys creating a great guest experience in a fast-paced, family-owned restaurant.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Verify IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work closely with our team to create a fun, memorable dining experience
What We're Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Nights and weekend availability
