We’re Looking for a Lead Carpenter Who Can Build, Lead & Get the Job Done
Lombardozzi Construction is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and whole-home renovations.
Our projects range from smaller renovations to large-scale remodels, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who can take ownership of a project from start to finish.
This is a hands-on working position. We’re looking for someone who can lead a crew while working alongside them—not someone who simply wants to supervise.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew and keep projects moving
- Work hands-on with framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general remodeling
- Read and understand plans and drawings
- Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Solve problems and make decisions in the field
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Help train and mentor less experienced carpenters
- Take projects from the beginning through completion and punch list
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential remodeling/carpentry experience
- Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
- Experience leading crews and completing projects
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic carpentry hand tools
