Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee online sales activities, manage sales consultants, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Excellent closing skills a must. Company demo will be provided.
The Sales Manager’s compensation structure is designed to reward strong leadership, consistent performance, and dealership profitability. Earnings are directly tied to both individual management effectiveness and overall team results.
Duties:
- Manage all sales platforms and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate online and in store transactions
- Maintain accurate inventory records for online listings
- Gifted leader with a diligent appointment process skills
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, phone and video
- Negotiate pricing and terms with potential buyers and close the deal
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the online sales process
Experience:
- Proven experience in automobile sales, leadership and training.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and margin calculations
- Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with customers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
