True Legacy Painting is looking for an experienced painters to join our team immediately. We are a growing, woman-owned painting company serving Spokane and the surrounding areas. We take pride in quality work, reliability, and creating a professional job site from start to finish. We are looking for painters who can show up on time, work hard, take direction, and produce clean, professional results.
Responsibilities
Interior and exterior painting Brush, roll, and spray application
Prep work including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, masking, and priming
Working on ladders, lifts, and multi-story homes when needed
Keeping job sites clean and organized
Following directions from the lead painter/job supervisor
Maintaining a professional attitude with customers and crew members Touch-ups and final detail work
Requirements
Painting experience required
Must have reliable transportation
Must show up on time and be dependable
Must be comfortable working on ladders and around heights
Must be able to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day Must have good attention to detail
Must be able to work well with a team and dependable to work solo if small job arises.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Spray experience is a plus
Lead-safe/RRP experience is a plus, but not required

Pay
Pay is based on experience and skill level. Raises are available for painters who prove they are reliable, efficient, and produce quality work.
