The BMRC hires Research Staff who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degrees in a science or engineering discipline. Applicants are expected to stay for two or more years, after which they typically move on to graduate studies in prestigious universities, or positions in industry. Research Staff work closely with post-doctoral Research Fellows on a variety of projects of fundamental importance to the BMRC.
