Hiring for full-time and PRN positions
Full-Time Benefits Include:
Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
Take and record patient vital signs
Lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management
Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
Assist nurses with various duties as directed
Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC
Current/active CPR certification preferred
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
