We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to help lead our daily operations. In this role, you will be the right hand to ownership, helping to manage a dynamic team of approximately 20 employees. You will ensure the facility runs smoothly, from the front desk to the fairways of our golf simulators. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling our team of ~20 staff members. Help enforce our established mentorship hierarchies and ensure our camp counselors and floor staff are set up for success.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily functionality of our diverse attractions, ensuring our golf simulators, pool tables, bowling lanes, and arcade games are ready for action.
- Customer Experience: Act as the face of management on the floor. Resolve guest inquiries, manage busy reservation schedules, and ensure every patron has a five-star experience.
- Facility Management: Keep a vigilant eye on the physical space. Report and assist with basic troubleshooting for our AV systems, specialized equipment, and general facility upkeep.
- Administrative Support: Assist with managing structured staff time-off policies (Sick, Personal, and Vacation) and utilizing our backend software for bookings, automated communications, and daily reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, or retail.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and direct a diverse team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new booking platforms, CRM systems, and basic facility technology (experience with platforms like GoHighLevel or Trafft is a huge plus).
- Problem Solver: Quick on your feet with the ability to troubleshoot everything from a scheduling conflict to a frozen simulator screen.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as that is when the fun happens!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
