Job Duties
Internal Audit of In-Home Respite, Community Habilitation, Day Habilitation Without Walls, Pre-Vocational and Family Education and Training Case Records on a quarterly basis.
- Internally Audit each Case Record in order to ensure they are in compliance with OMIG, OPWDD, and Mercy Drive, Inc. Standards.
- Ensure that all Necessary Documents are Filed into case records, according to the layout.
- Ensure that all Documentation that expires, such as LOCs, DDP2s, Physicals, PPDs, Life Plans, Staff Action Plans, Individual Summaries and Monthly Summaries are completed, requested and filed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all documentation corresponds with each other.
Monthly Productivity for All Programs
- Complete Productivity n the 11th of the month for all Programs.
- Convert Productivity dates to Colored chart.
- Submit results to Programs and Administration.
- Conduct follow-up on red indications as needed.
Archive Documents in All Program Case Records upon commencement of a new Fiscal year, annually.
- Remove all documentation from the previous fiscal year from the case records.
- Organize Archived documents individually into folders or envelopes.
- Label folders and envelopes accordingly.
- Store files into MDI Storage Unit.
Consumer Satisfaction Surveys for All Programs on a quarterly basis.
- Conduct Phone Call Surveys with all Programs quarterly.
- Report feedback to Programs and Administration as needed.
Employee Files
- Maintain records of Staff CBC, SEL, MHL, Child Registry for all employees.
- Maintain 1st and 2nd PPD Results for all Staff.
- Maintain educational records for staff as needed.
- Maintain Training Logs, Records and Certificates for all staff.
- Search Online for any Training that may be beneficial for staff.
- Search OPWDD Catalog for available Training.
- Schedule Staff for necessary Training.
- Ensure that minimum Hours of Training Requirements are met.
- Conduct Initial and Annual Training with Staff.
· Research/Schedule/Conduct Training for all staff.
Other Tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager, Supervisor, Administration as related to compliance and quality improvement.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking, operations, quantitative, and qualitative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
