Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Custodian/Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This energetic role involves performing a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks across our commercial or residential properties. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, break rooms, drinking fountains, windows and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Carry out floor care activities including sweeping, Auto scrubbing.
- Operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
- Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial services when required to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
