NESTO CSRA LLC is building an integrated home-services platform serving the CSRA through House Doctors of CSRA, 360 Painting of Augusta, Window Gang of Augusta, KitchenWise / ClosetWise of Augusta, The Grout Medic of Augusta, and ProLift Garage Doors of Augusta. Our work spans residential repair and remodeling, painting, exterior services, specialty restoration, garage doors, commercial projects, and full renovation scopes.
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to take an approved estimate and own production from handoff through final closeout — organizing the work, building the schedule, procuring materials, coordinating permits and inspections, deploying technicians and subcontractors, managing the customer, controlling budget, and holding the field accountable for quality, schedule, and profitability.
This is not a coordinator role. The right candidate becomes the operational leader of NESTO's production side — the person who converts sold work into completed, profitable projects.

* Estimate-to-production handoff — Review approved estimates, scope notes, drawings, photos, exclusions, allowances, and customer commitments before work begins.
* Production planning — Build the job plan, work sequence, manpower plan, timeline, and material schedule for every project.
* Scheduling — Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, permits, inspections, and customer access.
* Purchasing — Order accurately and on time; manage lead times, substitutions, delivery logistics, and material waste.
* Field leadership — Assign work, set expectations, clear roadblocks, inspect jobs, and hold technicians and subcontractors accountable.
* Customer communication — Serve as the primary production contact after the sale, communicating schedule, progress, changes, and completion proactively.
* Financial control — Monitor labor, materials, change orders, job costs, and margin during production — not after the job closes.
