Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finish Prep Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and components for finishing processes, ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth production flow by performing surface preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces of parts and assemblies through sanding and taping.
- Conduct visual color comparisons and inspect finished surfaces against quality standards to identify imperfections or inconsistencies.
- Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and respiratory protection devices.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to uphold safety and quality standards in industrial painting and coating processes.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
