We are looking for a Branch Manager located in Las Vegas, NM.
Our perfect candidate will have:
- Demonstrated success in driving small business growth, increasing deposits and loan portfolios, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team performance, enhancing sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and customer engagement.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by proactively addressing concerns, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Five to eight years of banking experience.
- Two years of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
