Job Summary:
Parts Counter is responsible for taking parts orders from customers either on the phone or in person. They would also research and provide technical assistant to the customers.
Essential Functions:
- Take parts orders in person and over the phone
- Research customer needs.
- Place order with vendors and follow up on status.
- Maintain customer-company relationships.
- Inventory Control
- Maintain store display inventory.
- Assist the company in necessary duties to achieve company goals.
- Work with others internally and externally to resolve issues as they arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High school education or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License
- Attention to detail
- General Computer skills
