Job Purpose
Responsible for the setting up, manufacturing and monitoring of finished product on production floor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up of machine in accordance with Schedules and Product Specifications.
- Running and Monitoring of Product as it is manufactured on Machines.
- Performing quality checks on Product.
- Performing in process control checks of all product manufactured on machines.
- Responsible for direction of General Operators working on machine.
- Taking an active role in keeping his/her area of work clean and tidy and maintaining the highest standard of Health and Safety
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times, including wearing PPE as appropriate.
- Acquire knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, work instructions, and associated documentation.
- Comply with all Health & Safety Policies and instructions and actively contribute to Company efforts to promote safe behavior and safe systems of work
Education and/or Experience
- Good Teamwork and communication skills is essential.
- Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on one’s own initiative and with minimum supervision required.
- Sound problem solving skills
- Machine Operations experience is desirable
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is desirable

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision
· Ability to forge strong working relationships internally & externally crucial.
· Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills are required.
· Adapts a flexible approach.

Working Conditions
· walking/standing for long periods of time. · Fast paced.
Additional Notes
· Must use safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, hair and beard nets for the production area.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
