Join our hotel as a Revenue Manager. The Hotel Revenue Manager maximizes profitability by analyzing market demand, setting dynamic room rates, and managing inventory across all distribution channels. They optimize revenue through forecasting, competitor analysis, and strategic, data-driven decision-making, collaborating with sales and marketing to achieve budget targets
Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Yield Management: Define and implement pricing strategies, including promotions and packages, to maximize RevPAR and occupancy based on market demand.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Analyze historical data, booking pace, and market trends to generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Channel Management: Maintain inventory controls across all booking channels (OTAs, GDS, Website) to ensure rate parity and optimal distribution.
- Reporting: Create, analyze, and communicate comprehensive reports regarding property performance against budget and strategy.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning to identify opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams to align strategies for group business, upsells, and marketing campaign
Required Skills and Qualifications

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and use revenue management systems (RMS).
- Technology Proficiency: Expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers.
- Communication: Ability to present complex data insights to ownership and executive leadership.
- Leadership: Experience in team management, training, and driving cross-functional strategies.
- Education/Experience: Often requires a degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with 2-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
