PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR FOR NORTHWEST PERIODONTICS & DENTAL IMPLANTS
We are a private surgical periodontal specialty practice located in Northwest Portland looking for an experienced patient care coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental field. The office requires previous Dentrix experience. Dental Assistants with no front office are welcome to apply!
The following are REQUIRED skills for this position:
- DENTAL EXPERIENCE-at least one year. Must be able to read x-rays and periodontal charting!
- Dentrix Software experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to multitask
- Check patients in, collect co-pays, answer phones, and schedule patients
- Able to easily establish strong relationships and maintain optimal communication with our referring practices
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
THIS POSITION IS 4 DAYS PER WEEK (Tuesday -Friday 6:30AM-4:30PM)

WAGE: This job is available starting immediately. $24 TO $38 based on experience.
