PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR FOR SPECIALITY PRACTICE IN NW PORTLAND
We are a private specialty practice located in Northwest Portland looking for a patient care coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental field. The office requires previous Dentrix experience.
We provide surgical periodontal therapy including periodontal plastic surgery, laser periodontal therapy, regenerative therapy, and pre-prosthetic procedures. We have two full-time surgeons and two full-time wonderful hygienists. Our practice also maintains a strong emphasis on implant therapy including tooth removal, implant site development, and implant placement. We maintain a state-of-the-art facility with optimal air filtration, technology, and space for our team which allows us to provide optimal care for our patients.
The following are necessary skills for this position:
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to multitask
- Check patients in, collect co-pays, answer phones, and schedule patients
- Able to easily establish strong relationships and maintain optimal communication with our referring practices
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
THIS POSITION IS 4 DAYS PER WEEK (Tuesday -Friday)
